It's the end of an era: dictator Caroline Pierce has been defeated, and is now sent to the guillotine! Agent/executioner AltSiren seems to be looking forward to it, and can now speak frankly to her, as the dictator is no longer in charge and can only obey and offer her neck to the blade.
Dictator Caroline seems not to have lost her self confidence and pride: she barely pays attention to the words of the executioner, and looks at AltSiren with sufficiency, as her neck is being exposed and prepared, and she gets strapped to the kneeling guillotine.
Then the video focuses on the basket view, an unnerving wait showing Caroline slowly losing her pride, realizing she is going to die, at the point that she starts crying begging for her head to be spared... But no way, at some point the blade drops mercilessly on her, and the dictator's headless body spasms in its kneeling, defeated position...
